Bamboo forest in Japan?

Does anyone know where there is just a huge bamboo forest ANYWHERE in Japan. I mean a quiet place to just go for a day and meditate?

There are stands of bamboo all over the place in Japan. Yamadera would be a good spot to go to. It's got bamboo and other plants as well.
